What is this project?
This project is a collaboration between AirAwarenessAlert and University of Las Vegas, Nevada's Urban Air Quality Lab to provide free air monitors for community monitoring. Whether you're interested in borrowing a portable air quality monitor or participating in our 12-month outdoor air quality program at your home, we offer multiple opportunities for you to learn more about the air you breathe.
What is our goal?
Las Vegas, as an industrial city, experiences heavy pollution. However, our community seems to lack this knowledge and continues to live being unaware of this poison that is constantly affecting them. By lending out air quality monitors, we aim to promote increase consciousness of air quality so our community can make healthier decisions.
