What is this project?
This project is a collaboration between AirAwarenessAlert and University of Las Vegas, Nevada's Urban Air Quality Lab to rent out low-cost air quality monitors to members of our community.
What is our goal?
Las Vegas, as an industrial city, experiences heavy pollution. However, our community seems to lack this knowledge and continues to live being unaware of this poison that is constantly affecting them. By lending out air quality monitors, we aim to promote increase consciousness of air quality so our community can make healthier decisions.
How to borrow an air quality monitor
Fill out the survey at the bottom of the home page.
You should receive a text message or email from us based on which contact method you filled out on our survey.
We can schedule the time and location you pick up our monitor. You could either pick it up at our lab or we could plan a location.
After your borrowing period ends, please return it to our lab, or we can contact you on what you could do afterwards.
